Elizabeth Alex has been serving in Orange County as an industry leader in the manufactured housing sector for over 25 years. She has maintained her status as the premiere agent in listings and sales throughout her career.As the owner of Monarch Home Sales, Elizabeth’s formula for success is creating “win-win” situations for buyers and sellers. She understands the intricacies of the manufactured housing industry, and enjoys using that knowledge to guide her clients through successful transactions.
In 2012, Elizabeth expanded her dealership, Monarch Mobile Homes (now Monarch Home Sales), with the addition of a new office and team of sales agents. Her sales force receives comprehensive training to learn the skills that will achieve success to equal that of Elizabeth’s.
Elizabeth has received many awards and certificates for industry excellence. In 2012/2013, she was recognized as the National Association of Professional Women’s “Woman of the Year”. In 2017,
Elizabeth was elected to the Board of Directors for the California Mobile Home Institute (CMHI), and is also a Board Member of the Huntington Beach Mobile Home Advisory Board.
Elizabeth is involved organizations that support women in business in third-world countries, and works at being ECO-friendly and supporting the green movement.
